By downloading or using Nota, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Nota Pro is billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your Apple ID settings.
While Nota Pro offers high AI volume, we reserve the right to throttle accounts that exhibit bot-like behavior or extreme usage that threatens service stability for other users.
You retain full ownership of all notes, audio, and sketches created in Nota. We do not claim any ownership over your intellectual property.
Nota is provided "as is." We are not liable for any data loss resulting from iCloud sync errors, hardware failure, or unauthorized access to your Apple ID.
